The therapeutic process requires resources in the form of finances, time, emotional support and safety. If any one of these components is missing, it presents a challenge on the path to healing.
The Karma Care program exists to support those who are ready to heal but lack the financial resources to start their journey. For many, the painful cycle of trauma and grief prevents them from growing, both personally and financially. Your kind donations improve the quality of life for others.
What is Karma Care?
The Karma Care program operates on the belief that money should not be an obstacle to health. In order to provide counselling services to every client, regardless of their financial status, a donation pool exists to help sponsor sessions for those who otherwise could not afford care. The integral belief behind Karma Care is that just as the body, emotions and spirit are connected, so are we all as a community.
How do I donate?
At the office: include your donation as a tip with your payment and it will automatically be transferred to Karma Care.
Etransfer: direct your etransfer to firstname.lastname@example.org using the password: karmacare.
How do I apply for Karma Care?
Contact Katya to introduce yourself, and include a synopsis of your current healing journey and financial need as well as the name of the therapist you would like to work with. Karma Care exists to take care of the portion of the fees that you cannot afford. Applicants are accepted depending on the resources available and every effort will be made to provide health support to you.
